On Time Contractors, Inc (OTC) is a fourth generation builder/remodeling company serving the Twin Cities, MN and surrounding areas. Most of the core business of the company includes new construction, finishing basements, building additions and porches. Our mission is to provide affordable quality crafstmenship and outstanding customer service along with the timely completion of all projects.

The core competencies of the business are providing high quality labor and materials while offering full two year warranty on (remodels, plumbing, HVAC, electric) and 10 years structural warranty. At the same time OTC provides outstanding customer service by immediate response to its clients' needs. Unlike other remodeling contractors OTC does not make profit from selling materials to the customers. Instead, it is strongly believed that letting the customers purchase something that they want at the discounted, builder's price generates a feeling of gratitude from our customers which gets resulted in the high volume of the customer referrals; 80-85% of our business is coming from our customers' referrals and good word of mouth that spreads around in the neighborhood while work is in progress. From the first step of estimating OTC's attention to the details gives the company a competitive edge. First an estimator listens to the customer's needs, than gives him/her options according to the building codes as well as provides information regarding newer trends in the interior/exterior design.
